Delegation request form

Delegation requests and any background information must be received by the clerk's office a minimum of two weeks prior to the requested council meeting date. Presentation material must be submitted 12 days prior to the council meeting date. The clerk will contact you to confirm the status of your request.

Please note that delegation information is included in a public council agenda. Please let the clerk know if there is any personal information that should be redacted.
